Meet our team in Szczecin
Our office in Szczecin hosts Spyrosoft Synergy, a leader in digital transformation and part of the Spyrosoft Group. It is one of the organisation’s most active locations, with teams specialising in Robotics Platform Development, AI, and HMI services, combining strong technical expertise with a focus on building an augmented society.
We invest in skill development through our DOJO programme and hands-on initiatives like AI Tool Labs, while fostering a people-first culture based on motivation-based hiring and Gallup-driven practices. Collaboration is part of our daily rhythm, supported by weekly meet-ups, KawAI sessions, DEI initiatives, regular RETROs, and Friday Campfire meetings.
